During their extensive talks, Secretary Blinken raised concerns regarding Chinese support for the Russian defense industry, underscoring contentious topics such as Taiwan and the South China Sea. While China has refrained from supplying arms to Russia amid its conflict in Ukraine, Western nations have raised alarms about Chinese industrial exports contributing to Russia’s military capabilities.
